This conference is a must attend for anyone charged with delivering this care. Key representatives from government departments, arbiters of care quality, third sector stakeholders, local government and leading medical experts, will share with you the best way to deal with the seismic shift in demographics and the associated challenges. &amp;nbsp; For more information and to register, please click here</description>

<title>A Housing Strategy Fit for an Ageing Population</title>
<link>http://stagedukarf.beingonline.co.uk/events-calendar.aspx?Events_ID=10007&amp;pPK=ff62eef1-53e2-4ba1-8a02-76c86d0b2997</link>
<description>The ageing population is one of the greatest challenges facing UK society. With the number of over 60 year-olds projected to increase by 7 million over the next 25 years and much of the UK&amp;rsquo;s existing housing stock inaccessible or unsuitable, housing our ageing population is becoming a top priority. Furthermore, as the UK society gets older, housing needs change. Support will soon be needed in order to enable people to continue to live in their current homes, or if need be, move into alternative housing, more suited to our needs.
