All activities of the Forum are overseen by the UKARF Steering Group. It also works to develop the role and activities of the Forum Secretariat. 

 Membership of the Steering Group is drawn from the main Forum and is open to any member of the Forum. The Chairman is Tony Martin from the Department for Work and Pensions.
