A further aim of the Forum is to undertake a project to analyse the current status of Ageing Research in the UK.  This is to give a broad view of what is going on at present, where strength and weaknesses are and potentially highlight areas in which there are overlaps, or where research is lacking. 

The first stage of this analysis has been completed, and the results of the Member's questionnaire have been compiled by the subgroup.  The next iteration will be to explore the priorities identified in more detail.  Follow-up information will be sent to all Members shortly.
